Up until 2005 I was a corporate slave working in the City. I was earning a great money but had a terrible lifestyle. Sometimes working 16 hour days, eating junk food and consuming large amounts of cocaine. I was deeply unhappy and unfulfilled with life. Until one day after a chance encounter with a sports psychologist I was introduced to the world of self-help and personal development. From that day on I completely change my lifestyle, quit my job and become the Man I knew I could be.
Fast forward 18 years and I have messed myself into personal development and focussed on becoming the best version of myself, mentally, physically and spiritually. I have traveled the world, studied psychology, philosophy, mediation, practices that I still continue to this day..
